Berry-Yogurt Face Mask
Use this DIY Face mask to keep your lovely Berry Skin Radiant!
Ingredients: Honey, Mixed Berries, and plain yogurt.
Instructions: Mix 2 Tablespoons of honey and yogurt with a ¼ cup of mixed berries in a blender.
Apply to face after mixture is smooth and leave on for 15-20 minutes. After rinse face with warm water and pat dry.

Berry Smoothie Bowl
Kick start your day with this healthy smoothie bowl recipe!
1 packet of frozen organic acai berry pulp
2 heaping handfuls of organic spinach
1 frozen banana
½ cup coconut milk, unsweetened
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
Ice as needed to thicken
1. Simply add all ingredients into your Vitamix or high speed blender until thick and creamy.
2. The texture should be very thick, if too thick then add more almond or coconut milk.
3. If you stick a spoon into the mixture the mixture should be able to be thick enough to stay on the spoon, if not add ice or more frozen bananas.
4. Decorate with toppings of your choice. For example, bananas, granola, strawberries, etc.
