Delivery & Shipping

As of May 2024 all shipments to the EU now include all Duties & Taxes.

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the UK and USA.

Please note: Nubian Skin is not responsible for any countries import or customs tax fees. It is the customer's responsibility to know what their international purchase limit is.

* Orders received after 2pm (GMT) / 12pm (CST) will be dispatched the following day.

* Public Holidays, Please note that orders placed on a public holiday, or after 2pm (GMT) / 12pm (CST) on a working day before a public holiday, will be dispatched the next working day Mon-Fri.

* If shipping to a USA P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select USA Economy. Please note transit times will vary.

UK Mainland Delivery and Express deliveries: Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Receiving an Order

Your order will be delivered between Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is shipped. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of acceptance unless the order has been placed before 2pm (GMT) / 12pm (CST) will be dispatched the following day.

During sales and busy times, processing times may be extended to 48 hours due to the volume of orders.

Tracking an Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the allocated tracking number. Your order will be shipped with our nominated carrier confirmed in this email.

Failed Delivery Procedure

If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel, the carrier will leave a failed delivery notification. 

Customs, Taxes & Duties

All Shipments to the EU are now being despatched on a Delivered Duty Paid basis (DDP). Therefore, if you are in any EU country, the prices you see on our website now include all additional delivery duties & taxes.

All Shipments to Canada and other international destinations may incur customs fees.
