If you've been like me, binge-watching Inventing Anna by Shonda Rhimes and checking out all the looks from New York Fashion Week, then this post probably doesn't come as much of a surprise. I'm dreaming of a City Break to New York City! The thing about dreams is they have no budget, so while I'm not about to pull an Anna Sorokin, I can stay at the most glam hotels and eat at the most amazing restaurants, even if it's only in my dreams. So without further a do, my fantasy New York weekend is below.

Classic New York Luxury: The Peninsula - Perfect location for 5th Avenue and a stone's throw from lazy walks in Central Park.
Modern Luxury: The Standard Highline - Or, I could go modern and live my cool girl dreams overlooking the Highline

The cafe in Bergdorf's - to fuel myself after shopping
Gabriel Kreuther - An indulgent dinner soaking up the vibes and the insane food

Wander the MOMA
Catch a show on Broadway
See Ailey II at the Ailey City Group Theatre

WEAR:
Of course I'll need the perfect wardrobe to suit, and with it still being winter, you can't go wrong with black and classic neutrals. All underpinned with some essential Nubian Skin pieces: The T-Shirt Bra, the body suit and the perfect thong.
