Delivery & Shipping
Please note, due to the new EU regulations, as of the 1st July 2021, all shipments to the EU now require the buyer to pay Duties, Tax and VAT charges. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the UK.
Please note: Nubian Skin is not responsible for any countries import or customs tax fees. It is the customer's responsibility to know what their international purchase limit is.
* Orders received after 1pm (BST)/ 5am (PDT)/ 7am (EDT) will be dispatched the following day.
* Bank Holidays, Please note that orders placed on a bank holiday, or after 2pm GMT on a working day before a bank holiday, will be dispatched the next working day Mon-Fri.
* We do not deliver to military or P.0 Box addresses at this present time. Upon check out, please include a full address.
UK Mainland Delivery and Express deliveries: Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Receiving an Order
Your order will be delivered between Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of acceptance unless the order has been placed before 1 pm (BST)/5 am (PDT)/7 am (EDT) will be dispatched the following day.
During sales and busy times, processing times may be extended to 48 hours due to the volume of orders.
Tracking an Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the allocated tracking number. Your order will be shipped with our nominated carrier confirmed in this email.
Failed Delivery Procedure
If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel, the carrier will leave a failed delivery notification.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
All Shipments to the EU are now being despatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis (DDU). Therefore, if you are in any EU country, the prices you see on our website now exclude all additional delivery duties.
