Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the UK.
Please note: Nubian Skin is not responsible for any countries import or customs tax fees. It is the customer's responsibility to know what their international purchase limit is.
* Orders received after 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the following day.
* Public Holidays, Please note that orders placed on a public holiday, or after 2pm (GMT) on a working day before a public holiday, will be dispatched the next working day Mon-Fri.
* We don't ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
UK Mainland Delivery and Express deliveries: Please note, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Receiving an Order
Your order will be delivered between Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is shipped. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of acceptance unless the order has been placed before 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the following day.
During sales, busy times and holidays, processing times may be longer due to the volume of orders.
Tracking an Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the allocated tracking number. Your order will be shipped with a nominated carrier, depending on what method of delivery you chose at checkout.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
All shipments to international destinations (outside the UK) may incur customs fees.
