USA/CAD/SA customers ordering between 26th Nov 2024 and 9th Dec 2024 can return up to 6th Jan 2025.
UK/EUR/ROW customers ordering between 26th Nov 2024 and 24th Dec 2024 can return up to 21st Jan 2025.
Nubian Skin Customer Care will be closed from 24th Dec - 2nd Jan.

Nubian Skin does not cover return cost or provide return labels.

Please return your order back to us using the returns form in your original shipment. Don't forget to include your reason for returning the item and whether you would like a refund or exchange – please see the returns form for the list of reasons. If there is no returns form in your parcel, please see the bottom of this page where you can download one.

All returns must be posted back to us at the customers' expense, quoting your Order Number and 'RETURNED GOODS' on the package.

When returning goods, please ensure the package is sent via a tracked service or with 'proof of postage'. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Nubian Skin. 

You have 28 days from date of receipt to return your item for a full refund.

All items should be returned unused, unworn and in original packaging and with all Nubian Skin labels still attached.

Tights should be in their original packaging, unopened.

Returned items that are seen to be worn, damaged or soiled will be refused a refund and the product disposed of. This is for hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.

After your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 working days for returned items to be processed. All exchanged goods are shipped out free of charge.

If your order has been returned to us by the courier due to refusal at customs, we reserve the right to retain the shipping fee.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items that are damaged or result from normal wear and tear by accident; or misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it. Please contact us at customercare@nubianskin.com if you believe an item you have received is faulty.
