Returns & Exchanges
Please return your order back to us using the returns slip and instructions in your original shipment.
Don't forget to include your reason for returning the item and whether you would like a refund or exchange – please see the form for the list of reasons. If there is no returns form in your parcel, please contact email@example.com to receive one.
All other international returns must be posted back to us at the customers' expense, quoting your Order Number and 'RETURNED GOODS' on the package. If you didn't receive a returns label, please email us, and we will send you one to print at home.

When returning goods from outside the UK, please ensure the package is sent via a tracked service or with 'proof of postage. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Nubian Skin.
You have 21 days from date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. Items should be returned unused and with all Nubian Skin labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.
Allow up to 7-10 working days for returned items to reach our warehouse and then up to 48 hours for processing. All exchanged goods are shipped out free of charge.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or described. Please note that items that are damaged or result from normal wear and tear by accident; or misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 21 days from the date you received it.
