Receiving an Order
Your order will be delivered on a working day between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is shipped. We aim to process all orders within 2 working days of acceptance.
During sales, busy times and holidays, processing times may be longer due to the volume of orders.
Tracking an Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the allocated tracking number. Your order will be shipped with a nominated carrier.
Failed Delivery Procedure
If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel, the carrier will leave a failed delivery notification.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
All shipments to international destinations (outside of the UK) may incur customs fees.
