How to Apply

1. Make sure your skin is clean, dry and lotion/oil free.

2. Cut your pieces to the desired length (bearing in mind that once you peel it off the paper, the tape will stretch 180%).

3. COVER YOUR NIPPLES: We highly recommend you cover your nipples before you stick on the tape, you'll thank us later when you are removing it! (Click the link below to shop Silicone Nipple Covers).

4. Peel back the paper, and apply to your skin in the desired position. Make sure to try and not touch the adhesive, as it can make it ineffective.

5. When you want to remove the boob tape, use a damp cloth, or some oil to ease the tape from your skin. Try not to pull too hard on your skin.

- Do not wear the Boob Tape for longer than 8 hours and don’t wear it overnight.

Top Tips

Cover your nipples before applying the Boob Tape.

Make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying the tape for better adhesion.

Avoid using lotion or oil on the chest area before applying the tape, as it may reduce adhesion.

If it is easier, apply the boob tape whilst lying down, to avoid gravity distorting your taping.

Store the tape in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its adhesive properties.
